Role: Lead Generation Representative - Recruiting Services
Employment Type: Independent Contractor, Commission-Based
Location: Remote. Open to global applicants.
Compensation: 5 - 7.5% commission on payments received from clients generated by the contractor. Commission is earned after the client’s payment has successfully cleared.
Training: A 10-hour training is required.
About the Role:
This position is responsible for generating qualified leads for My Animation Life’s animation recruiting services. You will research companies with animation staffing needs, identify the appropriate decision-makers, introduce them to My Animation Life, and determine whether their hiring needs, budget, and timeline align with our services.
Key Responsibilities:
Research studios, production companies, agencies, and other organizations that may need support hiring animation professionals.
Identify hiring managers, recruiters, human resources professionals, producers, production leaders, executives, and other relevant decision-makers.
Contact prospective clients through email, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, events, and other approved outreach methods.
Introduce My Animation Life’s animation services clearly and professionally.
Ask preliminary questions about the prospective client’s project, budget, timeline, and production needs.
Determine whether a prospect meets My Animation Life’s lead qualification standards.
Connect qualified prospects with the appropriate My Animation Life representative.
Maintain accurate records of outreach, responses, follow-ups, and lead status.
Follow My Animation Life’s approved messaging, outreach procedures, and brand standards.
Complete the required 10-hour training before independently contacting prospective clients.
Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to research companies, organizations, projects, and decision-makers.
Comfort initiating conversations with prospective clients.
Ability to recognize qualified recruiting and staffing opportunities.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Ability to communicate professionally and represent My Animation Life accurately.
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
Previous experience in lead generation, sales, business development, recruiting, staffing, human resources, animation, entertainment, or creative production is preferred.
BONUS:
Existing relationships with studios, production companies, agencies, recruiters, hiring managers, producers, or entertainment organizations.
Experience selling recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or other professional services.
Knowledge of animation roles, production pipelines, hiring processes, and staffing needs.
Experience using LinkedIn, email outreach, customer relationship management software, or lead-tracking systems.
